คณะศิลปศาสตร์ คว้า 7 รางวัล จากโครงการ UP Identity Festval และ Show and Share UP KM 2026
เมื่อวันที่ 7-8 กันยายน 2569 คณะศิลปศาสตร์เข้าร่วมโครงการ UP Identity Festval และ Show and Share UP KM 2026 ณ ห้องประชุมพญางำเมือง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาซึ่งเป็นโครงการที่สนับสนุนให้บุคลากรและนิสิตได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และนำเสนอแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศตลอดจนเผยแพร่ผลการดำเนินของหน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัย โดยภายในงานมีการนำเสนอผลงานด้านการจัดการความรู้ (Knowledge Management: KM) ภายใต้ประเด็นสำคัญ 4 มิติ คือ 1. Lifelong Learning Environment; 2. World Recognition; 3. Societal Innovation; และ 4. Sustainable Development โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุภกร พงศบางโพธิ์ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และมอบรางวัลแก่ผู้ชนะการประกวด BMI Challenge รางวัล UP Happy Workplace รางวัลด้านทักษะเชิงพื้นที่ ตลอดจนการนำเสนอผลงาน UP KM 2026 โดยคณะศิลปศาสตร์ได้รับคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมการปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และรับรางวัลในด้านต่างๆ ดังต่อไปนี้
1. ได้รับคัดเลือกเพื่อนำเสนอปัจจัยความสำเร็จ หัวข้อ Routine to Excellence: การวัดผลลัพธ์การดำเนินการตามเกณฑ์การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (Educational Performance Excellence: EdPEx) ในหมวด 7 การแสดงผลลัพธ์ โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พิชญ์สินี เสถียรธราดล รองคณบดีฝ่ายบริหารและวิชาการ 2. ได้รับคัดเลือกเพื่อนำเสนอหัวข้อ “Lifelong Learning Environment: Learning Organization เน้นวิธีจัดการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต จาก 14 หลักสูตร Non Degree และ 23 หลักสูตร Pre Degree โดย ดร.ชนาภา ดวงไฟ รองคณบดีฝ่ายกิจการพิเศษ และ ดร.เบญจพร เทพสีหนู ผู้ช่วยคณบดีและประธานหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ
3. รางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับ 2 ประเภทนวัตกรรมการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์นิสิต ในโครงการประชุมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้การจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์นิสิตเพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ประจำปี 2569 “UP Identity Festival#6” ภายใต้แนวคิด “UP AI 2026 : Area-based University & Innovation for Student Development”โดย อาจารย์ณัฐวร วงศ์จิตราทร รองคณบดีฝ่ายคุณภาพนิสิต นางสาวเสาวภัค วันสนุก นักกิจการนิสิต นายบุลิน ยัวยวน นักวิชาการศึกษาและคณะกรรมการสโมสรนิสิตคณะศิลปศาสตร์
4. รางวัลผลคะแนนรวม ระดับ “ดีเด่น” ในโครงการ UP Happy Workplace Challenge โดยมีผู้ประสานงานคือ ดร.อิทธิพล บัวย้อย ผู้ช่วยคณบดีและนางสาวมนัสนันท์ กาทองทุ่ง บุคลากร
5. รางวัลผลคะแนนรวม ระดับ “ดีเด่น” ด้าน Happy Relax ในโครงการ UP Happy Workplace Challenge โดยมีผู้ประสานงานคือ ดร.อิทธิพล บัวย้อย ผู้ช่วยคณบดี และนางสาวมนัสนันท์ กาทองทุ่ง บุคลากร
6. เกียรติบัตรหน่วยงานที่มีการขับเคลื่อนบุคลากรให้มีระดับทักษะเชิงพื้นที่ ระดับ 2 ขึ้นไป โดยมีผู้ประสานงานคือนายจรูญ ไชยเบ้า นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผน
7. รางวัลประเภทบุคคลที่มีสุขภาพดีที่สุด ประเภทบุคคลชาย อายุ 40 ปีขึ้นไป ได้รางวัลรองชนะเลิศ อันดับที่ 1 ได้แก่ ดร.บัณฑิต ทิพย์เดช อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาภาษาไทย คณะศิลปศาสตร์
ความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งความภาคภูมิใจของ คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และสะท้อนถึงพลังความร่วมมือของบุคลากรในการร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนองค์กรด้วยองค์ความรู้และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี โดยมุ่งพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานจากภารกิจประจำสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่มีคุณภาพ ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต สร้างสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่เอื้อต่อความสุขและสุขภาวะของบุคลากร ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานตามเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ทั้งนี้ คณะศิลปศาสตร์มุ่งมั่นที่จะนำองค์ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และแนวปฏิบัติที่ได้รับจากการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ไปต่อยอดและประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการ การจัดการเรียนรู้ และการพัฒนาบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการดำเนินงานและมุ่งสู่การเป็นสถาบันนวัตกรรมภาษาเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตชุมชน
School of Liberal Arts Receives Seven Awards and Recognitions at UP Identity Festival and Show and Share UP KM 2026
On September 7–8, 2026, the School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao, participated in the UP Identity Festival and Show and Share UP KM 2026, held at the Phaya Ngam Mueang Meeting Room, University of Phayao. The events provided a platform for staff and students to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and showcase the achievements of units across the University.
The events featured presentations on Knowledge Management (KM) under four key dimensions: 1) Lifelong Learning Environment, 2) World Recognition, 3) Societal Innovation, and 4) Sustainable Development. Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, presided over the opening ceremony and presented awards for the BMI Challenge, UP Happy Workplace Challenge, Area-Based Competency, and UP KM 2026 presentations.
The School of Liberal Arts was selected to participate in the knowledge-sharing activities and received seven awards and recognitions, as follows:
1. Selected Presentation on “Routine to Excellence”The School was selected to present key success factors under the topic “Routine to Excellence: Measuring Performance Outcomes Based on the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx), Category 7: Results,” presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Pitsinee Sathientharadol, Deputy Dean for Administration and Academic Affairs
2. Selected Presentation on “Lifelong Learning Environment: Learning Organization”
highlighting approaches to lifelong learning through 14 non-degree programs and 23 pre-degree programs. The presentation was delivered by Dr. Chanapa Duangfai, Deputy Dean for Special Affairs, and Dr. Benjaporn Thepseeha, Assistant Dean and Chair of the Bachelor of Arts Program in English
3. Second Runner-Up Award in the Student Identity Development Innovation Category
The School received the Second Runner-Up Award in the Student Identity Development Innovation Category at the 2026 Knowledge-Sharing Conference on Student Identity Development Activities for Sustainable Development, “UP Identity Festival #6,” under the theme “UP AI 2026: Area-Based University & Innovation for Student Development.” The project was led by Ajarn Natthaworn Wongjitratorn, Deputy Dean for Student Quality; Ms. Saowaphak Wansanuk, Student Affairs Officer; Mr. Bulin Yuayuan, Educator; and the School of Liberal Arts Student Club Committee
4. “Outstanding” Overall Rating in the UP Happy Workplace Challenge
The School received an overall rating of “Outstanding” in the UP Happy Workplace Challenge, coordinated by Dr. Ittiphon Buayoi and Ms. Manatsanan Kathongthung.
5. “Outstanding” Rating in Happy Relax under the UP Happy Workplace Challenge
The School received an “Outstanding” rating in the Happy Relax category of the UP Happy Workplace Challenge, coordinated by Dr. Ittiphon Buayoi and Ms. Manatsanan Kathongthung, HR Staff
6. Certificate of Recognition for Advancing Staff to Area-Based Competency Level 2 or Higher
The School received a Certificate of Recognition for successfully advancing its staff to Area-Based Competency Level 2 or higher, coordinated by Mr. Jaroon Chaibao
7. First Runner-Up Award in the Healthiest Individual Category – Male, Aged 40 and Above
Dr. Bandit Thipdet, a lecturer in the Thai Program, School of Liberal Arts, received the First Runner-Up Award in the Healthiest Individual Category for males aged 40 and above.
These achievements mark another proud milestone for the School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao, reflecting the collective efforts of its staff and students in advancing the organization through knowledge sharing and best practices. The School strives to transform routine operations into quality outcomes, promote lifelong learning, foster a workplace environment that supports staff happiness and well-being, and contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
The School of Liberal Arts remains committed to building upon the knowledge, experiences, and best practices gained through these knowledge-sharing activities and applying them to the continuous improvement of organizational management, teaching and learning, and staff development.
